Call-Out Charges

• £50 per visit (within TR7 & TR8)

This covers attending the property and the first hour on site

Additional time, if required, is charged at £25 per hour.

If we are asked to purchase or collect items on your behalf:

• £25 collection fee

• Travel time charged at £25 per hour

No charge applies if items are delivered to our office or during a scheduled changeover.

Contractors For electrical, plumbing or specialist concerns, we will always contact you first and can arrange trusted local contractors if required.

For ease and security, we securely hold a key to your property at no additional charge.

This allows us to:

• Assist guests quickly if keys are misplaced

• Ensure access for scheduled changeovers

• Provide entry for contractors when needed

• Respond efficiently if urgent access is required

Simple, secure and handled locally.

A secure key safe is a practical and reliable solution for holiday homes, allowing guests to arrive and settle in smoothly, whatever time they reach the coast.

We can supply and install high-quality Master Lock key safes, providing safe and convenient access without the need for in-person key handovers.
