during each visit, we inspect:
External doors and locks
Windows and glass
Signs of forced entry
Water leaks
Roof tiles and guttering (visual check)
Signs of damp
Visable electrical concerns
If any issues are identified, we will contact you promptly by email with full details. If everything is in order, we retain the completed checklist on file, available to you on request.
Winter Insurance Compliance
Many insurance policies require routine inspections while the property is empty. Monthly checks are recommended to ensure the cover remains valid.
Property Check Fee: £60 - TR7 & TR8 postcodes
To help protect your property and everything within it, we ask all homeowners to provide an up-to-date inventory of contents.
Having a clear record allows us to monitor items during changeovers and notify you promptly should anything be damaged, missing or require replacement.
If you don't currently have an inventory in place, we're happy to create one for you - Price available on request.
Keeping things documented helps ensure your holiday home remains well managed and cared for throughout the season.
We do not redirect post, however we can place any delivered mail safely inside your property until your next visit.
If guests accidentally leave belongings behind, we're happy to assist in returning them. Postage costs are the responsibility of the guest.
