Full Changeover Service Includes:

• Complete water drainage

• Thorough shell interior clean

• Filter clean

• Refill

• Full chemical balance using our professional products

For bookings of seven nights or longer, additional chemicals may be required. If the property has been vacant, a chemical top-up may also be needed prior to guest arrival to ensure safe, balanced water.

If required, we can also wet-vac the hot tub to remove excess water and debris.

While a hot tub is a fantastic feature that can make your property stand out, it is important to manage it responsibly.

We recommend including clear hot tub guidelines in your welcome pack and display them nearby, for example:

• Children and non-swimmers should never be left unattended

• Maximum bather numbers should be clearly stated

• No diving

• No use during thunderstorms

• No electrical appliances or glass near the hot tub

We also suggest placing a non-slip mat beside the tub and keeping basic first-aid nearby as a sensible precaution.
