To keep things simple and seamless for our owners, we supply and manage all linen ourselves rather than using owners' stock. This removes the need to purchase and store duplicate sets and ensures every changeover runs smoothly.

Each changeover includes:
Fresh bed linen and towels
Full kitchen clean, including appliances
Dishwasher checked and refreshed
Worktops and cupboard fronts wiped down
Cupboards and drawers checked for cleanliness
Bathrooms and en-suites cleaned and sanitised
All rooms vacuumed
Surfaces dusted and polished
Internal bins emptied and relined
Light bulbs checked and replaced if needed
Safety checks on smoke alarms and fire equipment
Internal windows are cleaned on a rotating schedule (every third clean)

We leave a small complimentary cleaning starter pack to help guests settle in comfortably which includes:
Sponge, J-Cloth, Washing-up liquid, 3 Dishwasher tablets & 2 bin liners
We provide professional-grade cleaning products required to deliver a consistent 5-star finish at every changeover. Kitchen and bathroom bins are emptied and relined as part of the service.
We kindly ask that each property keeps a reliable vacuum-cleaner, mop and bucket on site.
This helps us maintain high hygiene standards, particularly across both pet-friendly and non-pet properties, and also allows guests to keep the space tidy during their stay.
